2011 Collaboration Prize Winner Announced. From 807 applications, the Adoption Coalition of Texas has been selected as the  winner for the 2011 Collaboration Prize.  

The Adoption Coalition, created to increase the number of adoptions among hard-to-place children, was awarded the Prize during the Award Luncheon celebrating collaboration on April 8 and received $162,500. Seven other finalists each received $12,500.

The Collaboration Prize is a $250,000 national award designed to identify and showcase models of collaboration among nonprofit organizations.
