Crittenton Women’s Union

Two longstanding organizations dedicated to helping low-income women and families achieve economic independence decided to merge when both organization’s CEOs retired at same time. Before merging, they brought together the staff to do the due diligence, allowing the staff to personally see the benefits merger would bring to their constituency. The merger resulted in the creation of the Crittenton Women’s Union and achieved $800,000 in savings by consolidating staff and administrative services.
